Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Proparlab ("Service"), operated by Propar Lab ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of service

Proparlab is an AI search visibility platform that submits website URLs to Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, IndexNow, and other AI-powered search platforms on behalf of users. We do not guarantee that submitted URLs will be indexed by any third-party search engine or platform, as indexing decisions are made solely by those third parties.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Proparlab.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Proparlab to:

• Submit URLs for domains you do not own or have authorization to manage.
• Submit spam, malicious, or deceptive content.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms of service (including Google's and Bing's policies).
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Service.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service beyond our API.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

5. Plans, billing, and payments

• Proparlab offers a free trial with limited URL submissions. Continued use requires a paid plan.
• Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
• Payments are currently processed manually. You will be contacted within 24 hours of plan selection.
• Overage usage beyond your plan's URL limit is charged at the per-URL rate specified on your plan.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of billing if you have a concern.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments.

6. Google Search Console integration

By connecting your Google Search Console account, you grant Proparlab permission to read indexed URL status and submit URLs on your behalf. You can revoke this permission at any time via Google's account settings or within Proparlab. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit URLs in the GSC properties you connect.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Propar Lab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to use your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC URLS WILL BE INDEXED BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPAR LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

11. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
