Sign up, complete the short onboarding (brand → topics → prompts → results), then on the plan page pick Starter, Growth or Scale and start your 3 days trial. It costs $0, charged when you sign up, and your plan activates immediately for the trial.

No. A card is required to start the subscription mandate, and Razorpay may place a small, fully refundable verification amount (around US$0.50) to validate it — but the trial itself is free. Your first real charge happens when the 3 days are up, and you can cancel any time within that window and pay nothing.

On day 8 your chosen plan is charged (monthly or yearly) and renews automatically until you cancel. We notify you before the trial ends.

Both give the same features. Yearly is billed once for the year: Starter pays for 11 months, Growth and Scale for 10, so you get one or two months free versus paying monthly.

All plans are priced in USD and billed securely through Razorpay, which supports international cards. Contact hello@propar.in for bank transfer or other arrangements.

The trial is free — cancel within 3 days and you are never charged. Cancel within 3 days and you are never charged your plan price. On paid monthly plans there is no lock-in: cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don’t auto-refund partial (mid-cycle) months, but we always resolve genuine issues — accidental or duplicate charges, or a charge right after you meant to cancel — case by case. Your plan benefits (tracked prompts, projects, indexing, etc.) are what you get for the period you paid for. A refund is money returned. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your benefits until the current period ends — it does not, by itself, refund the current period. For duplicate/erroneous charges we issue refunds directly.

Cancel from your dashboard billing area or email hello@propar.in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep full access until then, then the plan simply doesn’t renew.

Yes. Upgrade anytime from the plan/upgrade page. Downgrades and billing-period changes take effect at your next renewal — email us and we’ll sort it out.

No — instant indexing is on the Scale plan. Starter and Growth include AI Search Visibility and GEO Pages in full; the indexing tools stay visible in your dashboard and unlock when you move to Scale. Scale submits unlimited URLs to Google, Bing and Beacon (our instant-submission channel), auto-indexes every GEO page you publish, and monitors index status per URL.

Prompts you track — whether auto-suggested or added manually — count toward your plan’s tracked-prompt limit. You can add, remove and regenerate prompts anytime.

We submit your URLs to Google, Bing and Beacon instantly. Actual indexing is decided by each engine — Google typically indexes within 1–7 days; Bing and the Beacon network are often faster. We verify which crawlers actually fetched your pages.

They’re generated by AI from your brand’s site and profile. You can correct your brand profile in one place and click “Save & regenerate” to re-suggest everything — the more accurate your profile, the sharper the suggestions.
